Frank Tamre

Frank Tamre is passionate about solving problems and improving the capacity of people. He is currently an Engineering Manager at Thermondo. Previously worked as a tech lead at Kyosk, wrote flutter code at snapp mobile, consulted for ITU, started earlycamp to inspire and train young children to code co-founded Moringa school and worked as an Applications Engineer at Intel. Before moving to Berlin, he started and help organize Android developers(android254) and Kotlin Developers(kotlinKenya) and started organizing droidconKE (largest and only android developer conference in Africa) in 2018.When not coding, he hikes, runs, writes, swims, scuba-dives, cooks, loves bio-hacking and does experimental apartment agriculture.

Dr. Jilles van Gurp

Jilles is the CTO, of FORMATION Gmbh in Berlin where he drives the product and technology roadmap. Jilles is a serial founder, troubleshooter, and has decades of experience building innovative software services, leading tech teams, and creating breakthrough products. His professional experience includes Senior Researcher at Nokia Research in Finland, Principal Engineer at Nokia Maps in Berlin. He also is a Search Engine consultant that has worked with clients such as BCG DV, Soundcloud, Bertelsmann Group and others with their search challenges, product development, and roadmap.

Alex Fedorov

Renowned software engineer Alex Fedorov combines 15 years of experience with a passion for innovation in his captivating talks. As Head of Engineering at RIDE Capital and author of '10x Software Engineering Delivery', Alex drives software teams towards a courageous, transformative approach to their work.
