Andreea Lungulescu

Andreea is your typical, neurospicy human being, professionally acting as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, with over 14 years of experience, across technology and engineering. She pocketed 2 X Global Innovation awards with Zalando and Wayfair and founded Berlin’s Talent Acquisition community - the TA Crunch in 2023.

You will find her pushing for career development innovation in Talent Acquisition or for excellence in hiring processes, speaking about these topics through her website, social media presence, or conferences, podcasts, and articles. Some of her achievements will include the exciting challenge of establishing Wayfair’s brand new Tech Development Centre in India, redesigning Zalando’s entire Product Management Interviewing Framework, designing company-wide Internal Mobility programs or now, “building the Tech in cleantech”.

Outside of work, she indulges in her passions for the automotive world, architecture, music, and the arts, with a special love for acrylic painting. If you love to dance, you know who to call on.
