### One Hour. Two Challenges. One Community.

What if some of the best ideas, connections, and resources a local nonprofit needs already exist right here in the community?
That’s the idea behind KOZ Lab.
Each session features two local nonprofit organizations, each bringing one real challenge to the room. They’ll briefly introduce their organization, explain where they’re stuck, and share what they need help thinking through.
Then the community goes to work.
Attendees become Community Advisors, offering ideas, experience, resources, introductions, questions, and practical feedback that can help each nonprofit move forward.
This is not a fundraiser.
This is not a sales pitch.
And this is definitely not forced networking.
It’s one focused hour of people putting their experience to work for organizations doing good in our community.

### How It Works

7:45–8:00 AM — Arrive, grab coffee, and find a seat
8:00–8:25 AM — Nonprofit Community Challenge #1
8:25–8:47 AM — Nonprofit Community Challenge #2
8:47–9:00 AM — Takeaways, connections, and next steps
At 9:00 AM, the official program ends. If you need to head to work, you’re done. If you want to stay, continue a conversation with one of the presenters, open your laptop, or spend a little more time at Frazier Creek, the room is yours.

### Who Should Attend?

You do not need to work for a nonprofit to participate.
KOZ Lab is for business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, retirees, creatives, community leaders, and anyone willing to share the experience and perspective they already have.
Sometimes the most useful idea comes from someone outside the organization.

### Featuring Two Local Nonprofits

Each KOZ Lab will spotlight two local nonprofit organizations selected to bring a real organizational, program, marketing, operational, community-engagement, or growth challenge to the room.
Featured nonprofits will be announced before each session.
