Please note that the event is organized by MAM is aimed at residents of the neighborhood but not exclusively. It is led by Pawel (Polish Yoga Teacher).

We invite you to a special gathering: a yoga class, enriched with meditation and deep relaxation to soothing sounds. It's a time to pause, breathe in full serenity, and find harmony. Let the music and breath guide you on a journey to inner balance.
Wear comfortable clothing, mats provided (if needed).

ALL WELCOME: Locals, foreigners, women, and men :)
Free (but donations welcome).

The class will be led by a Polish yoga teacher (Pawel) who can translate into English. Let's practice some yoga at the end of the day and work on your entire body. All welcome: Men, women, retirees and students:)

FYI: Please bring your own yoga mat. The class is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced yogis.
First class free but donations welcome (30 pln suggested).

In case of bad weather, class will be moved to a nearby indoor location and information will be provided 1 day before.
