The Beginner The Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association provides a forum for meeting with other investors, exchanging ideas, keeping up your enthusiasm about investing, and adding to your knowledge of the market and investment techniques, all designed to help you acquire the property and financial status you desire. The Intermediate Investor You will find the support necessary to continue increasing your knowledge and skills, keep abreast of new developments, and get the motivation necessary to keep on track for accomplishing your goals. Investors are meeting to play CASHFLOW, an educational board game from Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad) that's designed to level up your financial IQ.
You don't have to be a KREIA member to attend Game Night. Everyone is welcome! Bring yourself. Bring a friend! Bring your family! We can set up the children's board as well as the standard boards.

New Investor Focus Group for October
Location not specified yetLooking for foundational education on real estate investing? Are you new to investing? Join this focus group -- especially for new Kentuckiana investors and those who have completed one or two deals already and are seeking to learn more.
One of the most common questions we hear from newer members is:
“Where do I start — and who can I learn from without feeling overwhelmed?”
Starting out in real estate investing can feel confusing and intimidating. New investors are often surrounded by unfamiliar terminology, many possible paths forward, and more experienced voices — making it hard to know where to begin.
In response, the KREIA Membership Committee has developed the New Investor Focus Group — an initiative created specifically to support members who are early in their real estate investing journey.
The New Investor Focus Group is designed to:
- Provide foundational education in a practical, discussion-based format
- Create a safe, welcoming space to ask “early-stage” questions
- Connect newer investors with peers at a similar stage
- Introduce members to KREIA’s culture, resources, and ethical standards
This group is intended to help members build clarity, confidence, and momentum as they take their next steps in real estate investing.
