Who needs to "find a deal"? Make your own! Find out what it's like to start from scratch and build from the ground up. Four builders are headlining our March Main Meeting: Miguel Rodriguez, Marcus Britton, Shannon Denniston, and Lonnie Williams.

** REGISTRATION REQUIRED AT KREIA.COM **

Want a change from flipping? Why not try building? Get sn intro to new construction at March's main meeting.
Headlining March's main meeting are four investors who build as well as rehab: Miguel Rodriguez, Marcus Britton, Shannon Denniston, and Lonnie Williams.

They speak your language, and they're going to tell you how they got started building houses, and how you can too. And the ways where it's different from rehabbing.

Rehabbing houses is what we do and something we talk about a lot. KREIA has hosted numerous meetings and workshops devoted to rehabbing over the years.
(Case in point: next month's can't-miss main meeting with the "Queen of Rehab" herself, Robyn Thompson!)

But this month, for the first time in a decade – or even longer – we're putting the focus on new construction!

Building lets us prioritize aspects of design and structure we'd like to see in properties from the get-go.
Maybe it's the blank slate for friendlier room flow for an aging population embracing walkers and wheelchairs. Maybe it's letting us ensure, from the start, proper drainage around foundations – avoiding expensive digging and repair down the road.

Recent L.O.T.S. events were the canaries in our coal mine. Investors have been starting from dirt and building up a lot lately!
At July’s L.O.T.S. last year, Frank Miller showed us a mostly new house he'd built in PRP (he kept one wall from the tear-down, saving himself a lot of red tape). And in September, Jake Guhy tore down a narrow Clifton house and built a massive, completely new two-story Airbnb in its place. October’s L.O.T.S. event in Shelbyville with Wes Noe featured construction of a new high-end house.
(Read about all these L.O.T.S. events on our website’s Newsletter Archive page, and watch the video walkthroughs on our Videos page. Both are members-only pages.)

Maybe it's something in the air, maybe it's the market (most likely, market), but KREIA is moving with the times. When rehab deals are hard to find – investors build instead!

Let our panelists teach you how to profit by tackling new construction.

With its housing shortage, Louisville desperately needs these guys to bring new houses to the market. Maybe the city needs you also: Find out what these investors know and see if new construction is for you. Hear them speak, and ask lots of questions.
Join us on Thursday, March 26th, at Woodhaven Country Club.
