You flip houses. You wholesale. You provide housing for people who need homes. Could you do it better? And more profitably? In May, we're bringing you a panel of successful investors whose focus will be to help you improve your business and take it to the next level.

We're inviting these three to take the stage at KREIA's May 23rd main meeting:

Heidi Fore. Heidi is a powerhouse Realtor, investor, business coach and financial coach. She's shared the stage with Gary Keller and other heavy hitters at real estate education events. She's also an expert at using tech strategically to leverage your time and grow your portfolio.

Heidi accumulated 61 units over 61 months in a hot market while everyone else said there was "no inventory." As a financial independence coach, she coaches people to replace their job income with the profits from rental properties.

She also teaches classes on how to use the equity in current properties to buy more units. Her passion is teaching and coaching people to achieve their goals in life. She teaches life skills to teenagers living in group homes to prepare them for a life of independence and hope after they age out of a residential facility.

Clay Smith. Clay is a former US Marine MP. He has an MBA in Management Information Systems, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and LEAN process leader. He is also a former board member of the Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association.

An avid investor and rehabber, he is a licensed contractor and bought and sold over 300 real estate investments. Clay owns a property management company servicing 1200+ doors, General Contracting company remodeling 35+ units a month, and is a licensed Builder & Contractor in Kentucky.

Paul Logsdon. If you're looking for off-market properties, you need this wholesaler in your contacts list. He's provided tons of deals for Kentuckiana rehabbers. And if his name sounds familiar, you might have seen him on the field at Cardinal Stadium as a tight end for U of L.
We hope to see you at the meeting, taking notes and asking lots of questions!
