We’ll explore how freelancers, developers and agencies can earn more from their work through better pricing, recurring services, smarter offers and stronger client relationships.
We’ll also hear from a local founder about his journey from employee to freelancer, digital nomad and business owner in Sarawak.

## Talk 1: Stop Selling Websites

A website should not be a one-off project. James will share practical ideas for earning more from each client through recurring services. The talk will also look at how changing the way websites are packaged and priced can help overcome resistance to large upfront costs — especially in price-sensitive markets such as Sarawak.

## Talk 2: Freelancer, Nomad, Founder

### Lessons from building a business in Sarawak

Nicholas will share his journey from working for Malaysian companies to becoming a freelancer, travelling as a digital nomad and eventually building his own agency in Sarawak - xCube Digital. He’ll discuss the challenges, decisions and lessons involved in finding clients, becoming independent and turning digital skills into a sustainable business.
