In our fast-paced world, we often ignore the subtle messages our bodies send us—until discomfort, tension or pain forces us to pay attention.
You have probably heard that you should listen to your body more often, but how do you actually do this?
This workshop is a gentle, movement-based workshop designed to help you tune into the messages your body is sending you. Through guided exercises, breathwork, and mindful movement, you’ll develop a deeper awareness of physical sensations, tension, and energy flow.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to cultivate a stronger mind-body connection, whether you experience stress, stiffness, or simply want to live with more ease and presence. All levels of fitness are welcome. While this is not an exercise class, we will be performing some gentle movements so please come wearing comfortable clothes for moving. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
If you have any current injuries or movement limitations, please message us to let us know so that we can modify the movements for you.
