🕯️ The Little Lantern – Writing Workshop

As the world offers us its daily horrific as well as beauitful moments, we go through all sorts of emotions and thoughts. However the fast paced life and its responsibilities deprive us of the time and space to perceive them, reflect on them and question them.

This workshop aims to bring lightness; for people to come and let go of things and feel less heavy and less lonely, to slows us down by building a safe space of creativity, reflection and connection.

We will meet on a Sunday morning at 11am, each with their morning coffee/tea/mate, a journal and a pen, where we will read, analyze, discuss and share our fears, aspirations and hopes.

About Aicha Bint Yusif:
Aicha hails from Arrabe, near Nazareth. She holds a degree in English Literature and is certified in Creative Writing. Currently, she is pursuing her studies in Medicine in Valencia. Aicha primarily focuses on poetry, and her works have been featured in prestigious publications such as Rusted Radishes in Beirut and World Literature Today in New York City. She is also the founder of the "Poetry is Closer than the Sea" project, which aims to bring poetry readings and writing workshops to the community.
