What we’re about
Through the study and training of Hung Ga Kung Fu, we improve health, mindfulness, energy, and skill. In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, we are building up to be active in the community through lion dances and form demonstrations for Chinese New Year and other beneficial events; our benefits include Fitness, Mindfulness, self defense capability, cultural study and heritage, and the military/historical mindset! We are on excellent terms with martial arts schools around the city and around the world, and regularly send students to tournaments where they show their dedication and love of the art for all to see!
