Move through 2026 more connected, aligned, & inspired!
Strengthen your bond as a unit, meet other like-minded growth-oriented couples, and have the opportunity to share and learn from each other's experiences in the process*.*

Every one of us is different in how we give and receive care and affection. And every one of us has different levers we need pulled when it comes to romance, desire, and feeling excitement. And so naturally, conflict can arise around how to best support eachother to thrive in the relationship.

Many of us are taught to get our own needs met in relationships. We focus on our own wants and needs so much so that sometimes it can create conflict and distance.

On the contrary, when both partners understand what the other needs to feel loved, secure, and desired, and put energy towards meeting each other's needs, they actually get their own needs met more easily.

The Year of US is a unique interactive group couples workshop designed to help couples deepen their understanding of each other's needs and desires, and communicate with more heart-led authenticity, in a supportive, guided, and playful collaborative way.

This experience includes:

  • A guided process adapted by Stan Tatkin's Couple Bubble, that helps partners understand how each other feels most supported, connected, and desired, and to form shared agreements that strengthen the relationship as a shared foundation, so you can move through life more solidified as a team**.** The Couple Bubble was coined by Stan Tatkin, couples psychologist, researcher, and author of Wired for Love.
  • An interactive partner somatic practice designed to deepen your connection.
  • A couple's visioning exercise that blends imagination, play, and intentional ritual to manifest your dreams in a specific area of the relationship.

Think of this as a workshop meets mastermind. As we go through the couple bubble process that you will do in your pairs, as well as the visioning practice, we will have invitational collaborative sharing to spark insights, ideexercises, and give you the opportunity to learn from each other, bringing more texture, depth, and fun to this experience.

Let’s face it, being in a relationship is a JOURNEY, and one that often feels isolating when navigating all the textures of coupledom. Nothing is more validating and fulfilling than being in a growth-oriented, supportive, safe space among other couples committing to their expansion and sacred union. This is how we elevate.

Limited to 5 couples.
Exchange: $77 per couple.

Location:
Soma Arts. 5215 North Ravenswood Avenue
Buzz #307 to get in the building.
The workshop is 3rd floor, studio 309.

With over a decade of expertise in human behavior, somatics, neuroscience, and communication, she equips audiences with practical tools to transform conflict, restore desire, and build relationships rooted in sovereignty and conscious polarity.

Through her signature framework, The Union Method, Nicola is redefining how modern partners relate to one another through embodied integration.
