Tehachapi Peak or Golden Hills Nature park trail with potluck lunch after.

Details
We will hike up to Tehachapi Peak which is a short but hard hike. There is an option to only go to the landing which is at the end of the fire road and the beginning of the really steep section of the actual trail. At this point I will ask a volunteer to guide hikers to the peak and I will return with whomever wants to cut it short and we will go to my house and prepare for the potluck lunch after the hike.
There is also another option for those who wants a bit simpler and very easy hike: Golden Hills Nature Park has several trail that are very easy, mostly flat and it's about 1/2 mile from my house. See attached photo of the trails. I can ask a volunteer to lead that hike also, if needed.
More info about the potluck much later. I just wanted to get the date set.
Non hiking mates are welcome to join us at the luncheon.
NOT FOR BEGINNERS. THIS IS A HARD HIKE.
No dogs allowed
