A return to mob programming

Mob programming is a technique where an entire team works on the same problem, at the same time, on the same computer. It’s a fantastic way to share knowledge, improve communication, and build high-quality software together.

We’ll start with an introduction to mob programming—what it is, why it works, and how to get started. Then, we’ll host a hands-on session where attendees can experience mobbing firsthand. We'll conclude the evening with a discussion about opportunities and challenges associated with mob programming.
