KWJavaScript - Building Relationships

We are hosting a KWJS this month, but it'll be on a Thursday night rather than a Wednesday due to some personal commitments. This event is going to focus on professional relationships, reflecting on experiences that have helped or hurt those relationships.

We'll have some scripted topics, but this is meant to be an open discussion. If you have techniques that have helped you work better with other developers, strategies that have been useful when communicating with project managers, or tips for seeking or providing mentorship, this should be a great venue to both learn and share.
