(This meeting is only for foreign women. Also Japanese women with mixed roots are welcome. Thank you for your understanding. )

Join us for a workshop on self-care through InterPlay and imagination.

InterPlay is a form of creative expression that uses movement, storytelling, and voice to tap into your body wisdom. It is a fun, playful, and supportive way to improve your wellness.
Instructor: Ms. Youki Kato, M.A., Registered Clinical Counselor and Expressive Arts Therapist in British Columbia, Canada

In this workshop we are

You don't need any previous experience or art skills to join this workshop.

Calling all foreign women in Osaka and nearby!

NPO Foreign Women's Association Paruyon provides safe spaces for foreign women to get together, share their experiences of living in Japan, make friends, and just relax in friendly company.

Join us for an afternoon of delightful conversation and delicious treats. Whether you're a long-time resident or new to the city, we are looking forward to meeting you. We speak English and Japanese.

We will meet at the front of one of our Member's apartment block.

This is the first time for us to use this space. So please give yourself extra time to find it.

This meeting is for you. The meeting takes place in simple Japanese and easy English.

We are meeting at Kyoto City Higashiyama Iki-iki Citizens' Activity Center, 2nd floor Volunteer Meeting Room. The center is ten minutes on foot from the Higashiyama subway station.

あつまる場所（ばしょ）は　東山（ひがしやま）いきいき　市民（しみん）活動（かつどう）センターです。地下鉄（ちかてつ）東山（ひがしやま）駅（えき）から　歩（ある）いて　１０分（ぷん）です。2階（かい）のボランティアミーティングルームです。
