New Year, New You Coastal Walk

For the start of 2026, we're hosting a special New Year, New You Coastal Walk. This will be the year you get in better shape and improve your health.
We'll start with a 5-10 minute warm-up with dynamic stretches led by a talented fitness trainer. Pre-walk exercises, as you may know, are crucial to increase muscle temperature, improve flexibility, and reduce injury risk.
Next, La Jolla resident Chas Dye, founder of The Original La Jolla Walking Tour, will lead us on a brisk scenic walk along the coast.
At the end of the walk, interested brisk walkers will receive a complimentary copy of the newish book, I Blew My Diet! Now What?, by La Jolla Active Walkers founder and author Connie Bennett. (Limited to 50 people.)
