For the start of 2026, we're hosting a special New Year, New You Coastal Walk. This will be the year you get in better shape and improve your health.

We'll start with a 5-10 minute warm-up with dynamic stretches led by talented La Jolla fitness trainer Cassy DaSilva. She'll show us pre-walk exercises, which as you may know, are crucial to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility, and reduce injury risk.

Next, we'll go for a brisk scenic walk along the coast. At the end of the walk, if you're interested, you'll receive a complimentary copy of the newish book, I Blew My Diet!
