We're welcoming spring with a Happier, Healthier, Better You Coastal Walk. We'll start with a 5-10 minute warm-up with dynamic stretches, which, as you may know, are crucial to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility, and reduce injury risk.
Next, we'll go for a brisk scenic walk along the coast.
