Vinyasa & Vino LIVE Outdoor Yoga at Calumet Park

Hello GLOW Fitness Friends:

Vinyasa & Vino is back by popular demand! Classes this season are "Pop-Up" and will be announced each week so be sure to check MeetUp. We meet LIVE two times per month on Friday evenings, 5:00 PM at Calumet Park (5424 Calumet Rd. La Jolla, CA 92037) in the Bird Rock neighborhood of La Jolla. This is a Donation-Only class open to all levels. Bring your beverage of choice to enjoy after class to enjoy the sunset as the day ends.

Tuesday Pilates-Sculpt at Calumet Park LIVE 9:15 AM
Thursday Yoga-Fit at Calumet Park LIVE 10:30 AM
Friday DONATION-ONLY SUNSET YOGA 5:00 PM (TIME IS FLEXIBLE). These are POP-UP classes at Calumet Park (please check MeetUp weekly for Friday class updates)

Drop-in fee for LIVE classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays is $20

Please bring mat, towel and water.
