Hello GLOW Fitness Friends! My La Jolla Yoga-Fit Vinyasa class is offered LIVE every Tuesday morning, 10:30 - 11:30 AM at Calumet Park (5424 Calumet Rd. La Jolla, CA 92037) in the Bird Rock neighborhood of La Jolla. Join us... your first class is FREE!
Please text me (6198552433) with any questions. This is a level 2 class when practiced at its most challenging level, but can be easily modified to account for varying fitness levels.
Drop-in for LIVE classes is $20
WEEKLY CLASSES:
Tuesday Yoga-Fit at Calumet Park LIVE 10:30 AM
Friday 5:00 PM (TIME IS FLEXIBLE). These are POP-UP classes at Calumet Park (please check MeetUp weekly for Friday class updates)
Please bring mat, towel and water to the park!!
