Out of respect for our organizers and fellow members, please keep your RSVP status up to date.

✦If you can no longer attend an event, update your RSVP as soon as possible.

✦ Cancellations within 24 hours of an event start time can be a challenge for planning — please contact the event organizer directly if you need to cancel last minute.

✦ If you RSVP “Yes” but do not attend and do not communicate with the host, you will receive a “No Show.”

✦ After 2 No Shows, your membership in the group may be removed.

These guidelines help us respect each other’s time and ensure that events remain enjoyable and well-organized for everyone. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
