We are a dynamic and socially engaged group of women who enjoy getting out, trying new things, and sharing good conversation along the way. Come as you are, bring great energy, and let’s make some memories together!

To ensure we're on the same page, please familiarize yourself with our group policies:

💕💕💕 ATTENDANCE + RSVP 💕💕💕

Out of respect for our organizers and fellow members, please keep your RSVP status up to date.

✦ If you can no longer attend an event, update your RSVP as soon as possible.

✦ Cancellations within 24 hours of an event start time can be a challenge for planning — please contact the event organizer directly if you need to cancel last minute.

✦ If you RSVP “Yes” but do not attend, or if you cancel your RSVP within 24 hours of event start time, you will receive a “No Show.”

✦ After 2 No Shows, your membership in the group may be removed.

✦ For gatherings with attendance limits, please make sure you've been moved off of the waitlist before attending so hosts can prepare and ensure space for all confirmed attendees.

These guidelines help us respect each other’s time and ensure that events remain enjoyable and well-organized for everyone. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

✦ To keep our community vibrant, we occasionally remove members who haven’t been active for over a year. If this happens to you, please know you’re always welcome back — just request to rejoin whenever you’re ready to get involved again!

✨✨✨✨MEMBER PROFILE✨✨✨✨

✦ All members are required to have a recent, recognizable photo of themselves, and use their preferred first name on their profile to ensure safety and recognition at events.

💜💜💜 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION 💜💜💜

To help support the ongoing operation of our community, we ask members to contribute $5 annually to remain active in the group.

This contribution helps offset the costs of maintaining the group, including:
✦ Meetup platform subscription fees
✦ Event-related expenses incurred by organizers
✦ Administrative and organizational costs associated with running the group

Our organizers volunteer their time because they enjoy building opportunities for connection and friendship within our community. The annual contribution helps ensure that the group remains sustainable while keeping membership affordable and accessible to everyone.

Annual contributions may be made directly via Venmo:

✦ Please include your Meetup name in the payment note so we can match your contribution to your membership.
✦ Reach out to us if payment has not been noted on your account within 7 days.

If you do not have Venmo, you may pay through the Meetup app, however, only $4.12 will go toward the group and the remainder will pay platform fees per Meetup's arrangement with Stripe.
