ABOUT SHOW and START TIME/DATES 12/01-12/03 @ 8pm
Black Nativity is an African-American telling of the Nativity story, based on the Song Play written by acclaimed African-American poet and playwright Langston Hughes. The first act of the show re-creates the journey of Mary and Joseph, resplendent in African costumes, to Bethlehem, accompanied by a rousing repertoire of old-fashioned spirituals. The second act takes place nearly 2000 years later at a modern day African-American church on Christmas day, filled with testifying deacons, sanctified ladies, and down-home preaching. The African-American viewpoint and the gospel music make Black Nativity a truly unique and entertaining theatrical experience.
Family Friendly and men are welcomed.

Cheesecaked

Join me to celebrate the winter holidays and wear your ugliest or (or cutest) holiday sweater, meet up with friends, play some games, take instagram worthy photos, and of course eat!

Let's meetup at the newest and coolest bakery cafe, Cheesecaked!
We will play games (feel free to bring your favorites), enjoy a light dinner and some unique desserts, and make lots of new friends.

The owner of the Cheesecaked is letting Ladies of A use her space free of charge, I just ask that everyone purchase an item to eat or drink. Check out the menu in the photo below.

Please keep your rsvp updated. The bakery will need our final number 48 hours before in order to secure staffing.
