Important Update: Introducing a Small Annual Fee to Keep Our Community thriving

Details
Dear Ladies 30s 40s 50s Group Members,
We hope this message finds you well! As the organizers of Ladies 30s 40s 50s, we’ve loved creating opportunities for women to connect, build friendships, and share unforgettable experiences—all in a safe and welcoming space. Hosting these events has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re so grateful for each of you who’ve made this community so special.
To ensure we can continue offering these opportunities, we’re introducing a small annual membership fee of $7, starting this year. Here’s why:
- Meetup.com charges our group $300/year just to keep the group active on the platform. This fee allows us to organize events, manage RSVPs, and maintain a secure space for all members.
- Any leftover funds will go directly back into the group—think fun member-exclusive events, like a festive Christmas party or other exciting gatherings!
- This small contribution helps sustain the community so we can keep hosting the events you love without relying solely on volunteer efforts.
### Important Details:
🔹 Fee Amount: $7/year (less than the cost of a coffee!).
🔹 Deadline: Please pay via the Meetup app by JUNE 25TH
🔹 What Happens If You Don’t Pay? Meetup will automatically remove unpaid members after the deadline, but you’re always welcome to rejoin and pay the fee later if you’d like to return.
We completely understand that no one likes new fees, but this small step ensures our group remains active and vibrant. Our organizers are passionate about bringing women together, and your support allows us to keep fostering this amazing community.
If you’ve ever made a friend, shared a laugh, or found support here, we hope you’ll see this as a worthwhile investment in what we’ve built together. 💫
Thank you for being part of Ladies 30s 40s 50s—we couldn’t do this without you!
With gratitude,
Organizers, Ladies 30s 40s 50s
P.S. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help!
