Let's have a pool party at Pirates Cove with live music and no kids! $10 per person and tickets can only be purchased at the venue, night of the event. Party ends at 8pm. I'll try to find a good spot for us once inside. Proper swim attire must be worn. Bring your own towels.

# 80's Themed Field Day
Are you a fan of the 80s? Do you enjoy games, hanging out, and spending time at the park? If so, join us for an 80's themed field day! This event promises a morning full of excitement, laughter, and a variety of field day games where you can showcase your skills.
Important Notes:- A $7 fee will be collected to cover the cost of materials.
- No refunds will be issued.
- Waiver Required: Attendees must sign a waiver as we are not liable for any injuries.

Event Rounds:
Round 1 - Participants will be assigned to a group. Each group will stay together and compete in the following games:
- Hula Hoops
- Water Balloon Toss
- Potato Sack Race
- Life Size Ring Toss
- Cornhole (bag toss)
- Pantyhose bowling
- Ping pong bum shaker
- 3-Legged Race with a Volunteer or Friend
- Beer Pong (with water)
For each game, individuals within each group will compete against each other for 1st place ribbons. The winner from each group will advance to the next round based on their performance.
There will be a face-off in case of any ties at the end of round 1 (e.g. if 2 people from your group end up with the exact same score, they will compete in any game of their choice to have a final, group winner for round 1).Round 2 - Finals!
The winners from each group will compete in the following obstacle courses:- 3-Legged Race with a Volunteer or Friend
- Jumping Over Hoops
- Army Crawl
- Potato Sack Race
- Leap Frog with a Volunteer or Friend

Group Finale:
After the individual competitions, gather your group for an epic tug-of-war showdown! Showcase your teamwork and strength in this classic field day activity.BBQ Afterward:
Join us for a BBQ after the games! Bring your own drinks and protein to grill. We will have a cooler available to store your drinks and proteins.
The organizers will provide sides for everyone to enjoy.Volunteering Requirement:
Every participant must volunteer to help with games, timing, or other activities. If you are unable to volunteer, please do not sign up for the event. Your cooperation is essential to make this event a success for everyone!

Join me for a morning hike with the cutest companions, goats in training! Hike starts at 8:30am promptly in Conifer, for 60 minutes. For those that want to carpool, let's meet at 7:45am off C470 & Morrison exit. There is a small dirt parking lot across the street from the Phillips 66 gas station.
Note:
- This is a public group event. There will be non-meetup members on this hike with us, which is why space is limited.
- If there is enough interest, I can arrange a private group hike for us. Typically, $60 per person (non-refundable, paid in advance), 90 min hike, at a Jefferson County trail on a weekend in June or July. Please comment so I can gauge interest.

Join our Meetup group for an evening of live jazz at the City Park Jazz Festival on July 21st! We'll gather near the Pavilion by Ferril Lake at 5:00 PM to find a good spot and enjoy some pre-concert mingling. Bring a blanket, snacks, and your favorite beverage as we relax and listen to Denver Jazz Orchestra perform. This is a great opportunity to meet new friends, enjoy beautiful music, and soak in the summer evening atmosphere.

HOW LONG DO WE GET TO THROW?
- Axe throwing time will be for 75 minutes. Our axe reservation time will start at 6:20 pm.
IS AXE THROWING SAFE?
- Safety is Double Edge Axe's top priority. they have well-designed, forgiving targets and a safety-focused system that minimizes bounce-back, axe throwing. Double Edge Axe Throwing's expert axe coaches will cover important safety instructions to ensure the well-being of you and everyone.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
- Comfortable attire is recommended for your axe-throwing experience, but please note that closed-toe shoes are a mandatory requirement.
WHEN DO I PAY?
- Payment for this event is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event. We need a firm head count for our reservation come Thursday 7/18. My card will be charged for the # of people we reserve the lane(s). Double Edge Axe Throwing's asks that we give no less than 24 hour notice for any members who can't make the reservation. My card will be charged whether someone shows or does not show if it is 24 hours or after. Please let me know if you are unable to make the reservation 48 hours prior, and you will get your money back.
