Full Moon Ecstatic Dance: Cacao + Meditation + Tribal Music ($25)

Come join me for a spiritual, free‑form movement ceremony to ground, release, and open the heart. We'll gather beneath the full moon for a gentle, guided ceremony of meditation and ecstatic movement. All levels welcome.

Schedule:

• Introduction ceremony — 4:30 PM
• Full‑moon meditation for grounding & releasing
• Optional journal prompts & cacao sharing
• Ecstatic dance (free‑form tribal/organic beats) - 6:00 PM
• Closing ceremony
