About Amanda Coffelt

Amanda Coffelt is a user experience design leader who focuses on helping teams do their best work. By combining her background in business, design, and operations, she is able to design better systems and processes that empower teams and people at all levels. When your users are your people, you learn to incorporate all of the UX design practices to design for real people needs, not against them. “Stay curious then take action” is her motto. She is currently the SaaS UX Design Manager at CallRail, a marketing attribution and call analytics company.

Aside from the day to day of designing operational improvements at CallRail, Amanda is a passionate speaker on all things design operations, UX Design, and design leadership Discovering patterns and connections points is her superpower. No, she can’t tell the future, but it doesn’t hurt if people think she can ;)

Amanda lives in Atlanta with her family of three plus a furkid. They share their time with Canadian family whenever they get the chance to go to the mountains. She is also the author and creator of I Draw On Cats, because creative outlets help us stay curious and connected to the world.
