Summer Solstice Fireside Gathering - Caspers Wilderness Park, SJC

ABOUT THE GATHERING:
Let's ring in the Summer Season together and co-create a magical Solstice celebration. We will enjoy a nice walk at Caspers Park, followed by a fireside dinner, with our soul tribe. All the details will be emailed in the June community newsletter that goes out Saturday, 5/31.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in attending contact me via email at jinzangsi@treeesa.com no later than Friday, 6/20. No reservations will be accepted after Friday, 6/20 at 8pm. Please be mindful of your RSVP and cancel by 6/20 if you cannot make it, so others have an opportunity to attend. I will share all the details and parking map via email on Monday, 6/16.

BRING: Bring a dish to share, your own water and beverages (alcohol is not allowed), a chair to sit on, and anything else you want to contribute to our fireside Summer Solstice dinner gathering and celebration. Make sure you have hiking shoes/boots for our wilderness hike. Hiking pole is optional.

PLEASE NOTE: Read the OC Parks Rules and Regulations. Alcohol is prohibited, so do not bring any alcoholic beverages. Firewood must be purchased at Caspers, which is $5 per bundle, due to their "Buy it where you burn it" policy.

TIMELINE:

• 3:30pm - Arrive, park and walk to our group campsite
• 4:00pm - Wilderness walk / hike begins (must have hiking shoes)
• 5:00pm - Walk / Hike concludes
• 5:30pm - Fireside dinner gathering begins
• 6:45pm - Approximate time we will co-create a Solstice Ceremony together & set intentions around the firepit
• 8:00pm - Dinner ends, walk back to cars and depart

PARKING: Day Use parking is available for $5 per vehicle. I will email the parking map and all details on Monday, 6/16.
