About: Join us for a short, gentle walk along the beach paired with a guided moving meditation. We’ll slow our pace, tune into the rhythm of the ocean, and reconnect with our breath and bodies. This experience is designed to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and peaceful.
Our gatherings are warm and welcoming to all, offering time for light conversation and meaningful connection.
This event is free. The goal is to meet like-minded lovers of wellness, nature and mindfulness practices.
Strands Beach is South of the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel Hotel.

TIMELINE:

  • 9:55am - Park and Meet near the restrooms by the staircase and cable car/gondola that goes down to the beach
  • 10:00am - Walk down to the beach
  • 10:15am - Beach walk begins
  • 10:45 am - Gentle Flow
  • 11:00 am - Seated Meditation--Guided, followed by conversation and connecting

PLEASE NOTE: We start promptly at 10:00am. If you show up past 10:00am, catch up with us by walking down to the beach and turning right once you reach the sand. You will see us gathered in a group.

PLEASE BRING: Water and a towel to sit on.

RESTROOMS: There are restrooms in the parking lot and some restrooms along the beach as well.
