Join us for a free one-hour outdoor gathering at Caspers State Park focused on gentle healing and restoration. We’ll begin with a guided meditation on healing, designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. This will be followed by a slow, flowing Qi Gong practice to encourage ease, circulation, and a sense of grounded well-being. Set among the natural beauty of the park, this experience offers a quiet space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in nature. All levels are welcome—no prior experience needed.
Bring water and a lawn chair or yoga mat to sit on.
