This is LA’s community for serious real estate investors, private lenders, and note buyers who want to scale beyond single‑family and “Real Estate 101.” We focus on multifamily and commercial real estate investing, apartment investing, private lending, and mortgage note investing in Southern California and select U.S. markets.

- Private lenders and note investors looking for performing and non‑performing notes, hard money and bridge lending opportunities, and strong operators.
- Syndicators, fund managers, and experienced operators raising equity or debt for multifamily and commercial projects.
- Flippers, builders, and developers moving into larger projects and alternative investments with partners and sophisticated capital.
What happens at our meetups
We skip the fluff and focus on deal structures, the capital stack, and risk‑adjusted returns. Typical meetings include:
- A focused training segment on topics like underwriting multifamily deals, structuring syndications and JVs, buying mortgage notes, or private lending best practices.
- A structured “Haves & Wants” session, where investors share real deals and real capital needs (equity, debt, JV partners).
- Open networking so you can meet LPs, GPs, fund managers, note buyers, and local operators face‑to‑face.

We meet at Orange Door, a beautiful 25,000 sq ft event and co-working venue in the South Bay Galleria.
