Our group is diverse and includes , new investors to seasoned investors, potential joint venture partners, coaching and mentoring, real estate agents, contractors, real estate investing study groups, parties, and more. we host In-Person and Online networking Meetup with other like-minded,, up to-date strategies to people looking to learn and for real estate investors that are looking to gain more knowledge and share their knowledge with others.. Both new and more experienced investors are welcome. The Real Estate Topic Nights Meetup is casual, relaxed, and FREE. No heavy sales pitch. We hope you'll Join us in -Person Or Online.... get to know us and learn something new.

Join us in Lake County, McHenry County, SW burbs (Lisle) and Northern Chicago area. All meetups are FREE to join. We are Local and the Real Deal helping others succeed.

Knowledge is power ONLY if it is applied. Learning side-by-side in a group setting that is safe and trusting which makes people free to test their knowledge before making costly mistakes alone. With that said, our meetups host weekly, In-Person and Online introduction meetups, property tours, mastermind, and once a month Saturday full-day of training (7 hours) Our full-day of training involves a fee of $10.00. In-Person or Live Streamed Online. All other meetups are free.
