What we’re about

Join us for real estate investing education, motivation, accountability and networking. We are a large active group of people from, new investors to seasoned investors, business owners and entrepreneurs who bring people and great ideals, up to-date strategies to people looking to learn and for real estate investors that are looking to gain more knowledge and share their knowledge with others.

Join us in Lake County, McHenry County, NW burbs and Northern Chicago area. All meetups are FREE to join. We are Local and the Real Deal helping others succeed.

Knowledge is power ONLY if it is applied. Learning side-by-side in a group setting that is safe and trusting which makes people free to test their knowledge before making costly mistakes alone. With that said, our meetups host weekly, In-Person and Online introduction meetups, property tours, mastermind, and once a month Saturday full-day of training (7 hours) Our full-day of training involves a fee of $10.00. In-Person or Live Streamed Online. All other meetups are free.
