Lakeland Way 4: Rosthwaite to Buttermere

This will be a 9 mile walk from Rosthwaite (near the bus stop) to Buttermere. The start time will be 09:45. This allows people to catch buses up the valley & from Ambleside or Kendal to Keswick as required. Bus 555 leaves Stand 2 of Ambleside at 8:23 - arrives Keswick 9:07 Bus 77a leaves Stand 3 at Keswick at 9:20 arrives 9:45 at Rosthwaite. Bus from Buttermere back to Keswick options are: 14:24 - arrives 15:17 in Keswick 15:18 arrives 16:16 in Keswick.
