Patterdale to Troutbeck

Hi, the Wednesday Legs team are working nicely through the Lakeland Way and here are the details for the next two walks:
Wednesday 10 September - Patterdale to Troutbeck Church 12 Miles 2,500 feet climbing
Meet 9.50am at Patterdale near the White Lion Patterdale. Walk goes via Hartsop up to High Street and uses Scots Rake to get down into the Troutbeck Valley.
Various bus/driving options or combination of both:
For public transport: The bus you need is the 508
From Penrith a bus departs at 9:02 and arrives at 9:49 in Patterdale
From Winderemere Rail Station a bus departs 8:55am and arrives 9:50 at Patterdale
From Troutbeck Bridge Church intercept the Windermere bus - departs 9:18
For a bus back to Patterdale at the end of the day or on into Penrith: 15:18 and 17:23 will take you back (we would be ambitious I think to catch the 15:18 one) takes 1 hour 10 minutes.
(Please note we have double checked that this 508 will still be operating at this date - yes - it runs until at least 16 September as advised by Stagecoach personnel.
