Covered Bridge Preview Ride - 31, 50, 65 & 100 mile distances

This is an opportunity for club members to ride the Covered Bridge Classic: 30, 50, or 65 mile routes.

The purpose of this ride is to check the CBC routes. All roads will be marked. Please report any issues you think are confusing with the GPX files, cue sheets, and/or road markings by the end of the day to dstauffer4149@gmail.com, jherr @johnherrphoto.com, and bruce.j.black@gmail.com

These are some suggested convenience stores along the route.

For the 50 and the 100 routes:
Molly's Convenience in Manheim
35 Doe Run Rd, Manheim, PA 17545
This is less than 1/2 mile straight on Whitel Oak Rd. at Steigal Valley Rd.

On the 65 and 100 routes:
Redner's Quick Shoppe
1304 N Reading Rd, Stevens, PA 17578
This is less than a mile North on rte 272 from the intersection of Pfaultz Hill Rd, Cocalico Rd and Rte 272 intersection.

Martin's Trailside

Ride Leaders: Please let us know if you would like to lead a group on one of the routes.

Sweeps are also needed - please let us know before the ride starts.

Helmets are mandatory; No earbuds or audible music-playing devices. Please bring water, and a basic repair kit (spare tube, tire levers, pump/CO2 inflator).

To eliminate passing around a pen and paper waiver, we encourage LBC Club membership and Meetup RSVP is required. If you do not RSVP you are not covered by the club excess accident insurance policy; only club
members who RSVP are covered.
