What to Expect:

  • Route: Expect a total distance of approximately 15-20 miles, including 3-4 loops of a circuit featuring 1-2 climbing segment.
  • Focus: We'll emphasize maintaining a consistent climbing tempo, active recovery between efforts, and repeating the effort to build power and efficiency.
  • Pace: We'll maintain a comfortable average pace range of 14-16 mph.
  • No-Drop Policy: You'll never be left behind! We'll regroup after climbs to ensure everyone stays together.

Helmets are mandatory. No earbuds or audible music-playing devices. Please bring water, and a basic repair kit (spare tube, tire levers, pump/CO2 inflator).
