Debate Rounds:

• Opening Statements: 20 minutes per team
• Rebuttals (Round One): 5 minutes per team
• Rebuttals (Round Two): 5 minutes per team
• Cross-Examination: 40 minutes total (10 minutes per team, four segments)
• Closing Statements: 8 minutes per team
• Audience Q&A: 30 minutes
