Seeking Women for Leadership Roles

Lancaster Freethought Society is growing, and we want more women involved in shaping where the group goes next.
We are particularly interested in women who might consider becoming co-equal organizers on the Leadership Team, but you don’t need to be ready to make that commitment to join us.
Over lunch, we’ll talk about:

• What women value about LFS
• What could make the group more welcoming and useful to women
• What kinds of events and community we want
• What shared, egalitarian leadership could look like
• Whether you might want to take a leadership role
