Rejuvenating Workshop – Create a New You! Tea, QiGong with Art + more!

INTRODUCTION
Leave the city noise behind, and immerse in nature and creativity in this inspirational workshop to begin creating a better version of you. You are already amazing; however, you can always go further.

Here we first take a space like walk to a creative and transformative space, where meditation techniques on forest bathing to first connect us to nature. When we reach treasure hill, you can explore your emotions through art-based healing, by unlocking the unconscious through the creativity of art.

Here, you can express yourself freely, whilst being guided, with QiGong to help develop your flow. Finally, this flow combined with your passions, can unleash an improved version of yourself, where you can let go of the outer world and create a new you.

FOCUS
To be more specific, the aim is to identify any issues, to create positive development within

Experience the healing power of nature through mindful walking and forest bathing

Create art that reflects your emotions and nurtures your creativity
Reconnect with yourself and like-minded individuals in a peaceful setting

Enjoy calming tea, a Qigong practice guided self-reflection

Everything is possible, and you don't need to know anything. Just come and experience

You will have two guides to help you with different focuses. You will be in good hands with both Yana and Shen, with different expertise.

EXTRAS
No artistic experience is needed – We nurture an environment to release the usual life tensions and express yourself through various forms, particularly via art, in order to bring heightened states of awareness to benefit your life

FOR YOUR COMFORT
The workshop location has a rooftop in case of rain, so you’ll stay dry
For the walk in case of rain, you may want to bring a raincoat, waterproof shoes, and a blanket to stay warm

We will provide some heating items

Feel free to bring water to keep hydrated, and if you'd like, healthy snacks or fruits to share with others

Gongguan MRT Exit 1 (meeting point)
A short walk will take us to the workshop spot. Please refer to pictures with location explanations in case you are late. Please mind we will wait for everyone only 10 minutes

If you arrive late, please quickly try to reach Shuiyuanting Park - Google Maps and walk to Treasure Hill Artistic Village along the path, where will we be located at the bottom below the Buddhist temple on the right, next to the water fountain
