Portraiture Lighting & Posing

Sorry for the late notice. The meeting always creeps up on me!

So the weather forecast is saying 80% chance of thunderstorm Wednesday evening. So looks like we are stuck to the studio at least one more month!

Something i haven't dont for Meetup for any years is a portraiture basics evening. My plan for the evening is to start out with some fundamentals of portrait lighting. While I have a studio full of equipment, my aim is to show you some ideas that you can use in most situations without a lot of gear.

The second half I would like to demonstrate some basics of posing headshots and small groups. I don't have a budget for a model this time so we will have to trade out. And I do have my favorite model "Madeline the Manequin" head that will be very useful.
