In this class, you’ll learn:

✨ How to sit comfortably (with options for chairs or cushions)
✨ Tips for overcoming common challenges like restlessness or distraction
✨ Easy-to-follow guided meditations you can practice at home
We’ll finish with a short group meditation so you can experience the peace and stillness for yourself.
This class is perfect if you’ve never meditated before or want a gentle reintroduction. All are welcome—come as you are!
