LeSS Q&A, during Agile Panel Discussion (Dec 21st)

Here is our first chance to get together and talk about LeSS and its impact on organizational/system design and structure. If you are in NYC on Oct. 21st, please join us and bring colleagues/friends.

I was given an unexpected opportunity to bring LeSS to light for this group on October 21st at another Agile event.
Please note that this is not LeSS-dedicated event. This is bigger, more general Agile panel discussion, with the panel being composed of agilists that come from different backgrounds and with different (potentially) focus.

Agenda:
-The first hour is mini-presentations by the panelists and Q&A.
-The second hour: is break-out sessions. This is where I will be happy to take anyone interested into a deeper discussion on LeSS.
