Impact of System Dynamics on Software Engineering in Large Scale Scrum (LeSS)

Details
Greetings All and Happy New Year again!
Lets kick off 2017 with something good. I am still excited by the last LeSS class in December (http://www.keystepstosuccess.com/2016/12/dec-19-21-2016-less-in-new-york-clp-class-meetup/). In particular, I was blown, again, by how much this course evolved since the first time we launched it in NYC, in September of 2015. The biggest take away was system modeling by class using Causal Loop Diagrams.
This time around, there was a very strong emphasis made on dynamics that influence work of software engineers/technologists: CLDs turned out to be a great way to illustrate this.
In this meetup (and based on replies from some of you), I we can extrapolate from the overall system design the “piece” that is related specifically to dynamics of feature teams/developers. At the beginning of this meetup, we shall have a very brief overview of how CLDs are used and then deep-dive into the practical exercise.
Below are some “excerpts” from large system CLDs that are very popular in LeSS:

You may also review this System Thinking (https://less.works/less/principles/systems_thinking.html) page before you come to the meetup.
And completely separately, please take a look and feel free to circulate information about 1-day LeSS review (http://www.keystepstosuccess.com/1-day-less-overview/)(recommended agenda). This is based on responses from a handful of members.
