CEO / Engineering Director with a strong technical background and a pragmatic approach with focus on delivering increased value and innovation through the growth and development of engineering talent.

Experienced since 1995 with software development and management expertise within various industry segments and development domains. Both in corporate and startup/entrepreneurial environments.

I help steer both product and technology strategy and form a link between the worlds of business and engineering.

Whilst always looking to improve myself, I take a hands-on approach in getting things done.
