Sacred Trails is a group for slowing down, reconnecting, and coming back to yourself.
We gather in nature to walk, breathe, and reset away from the noise and demands of everyday life. Our events combine gentle hiking, sound baths, and tea to support grounding, release, and a sense of calm.
This space is for people who are:

Wanting to reconnect with their body and nature
Looking for more peace, clarity, and ease
You don’t need any experience with hiking, meditation, or sound baths—just a willingness to show up as you are.
