Las Cruces Outdoor/Urban Art Meetup Group

We are returning to one of our favorite spots to nature journal, the Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park native plant garden. Pull up a camp stool or sit on a bench or spread out on a picnic table, there are lots of native plants and some critters to spend some time journaling with.
Bring a stool, water, sunscreen and your nature journaling kit. Don’t have a kit, no worries, we have starter kits you can use.

David is allowing us to come back to draw/paint his adobe rehab home. It has a beautiful courtyard with many plants, fountain, and statues. There is a rustic toilet available. Bring your own supplies, chair, dress for the weather. Be respectful of the neighborhood and the home itself. We will limit this to 14 artists. 

L and K have generously offered their beautifully landscaped home to us to draw or paint. Limit 16. Be respectful of the neighborhood. Bring your supplies, water, chair. Park on the street or across at the Pappen Center. They have water and a restroom for our use.
