Join us Saturday May 3 at 6am for our weekly run and coffee meetup.
Beginners to advanced runners (or walkers) welcome. Expect run-related education (nutrition, running form, injury prevention, etc), dynamic warm up and run with us.
All abilities welcome and you can easily shorten or lengthen the course if needed.
Conversation and fun encouraged. Water provided! Join us for coffee at locally-owned Grouchy Johns Coffee across the street from the park after the run.
This month's route 6.5 mile pinched loop with a 4 mile option.
Turn by turn directions are as follows:
-West from Wigwam Park (0.1 mi)
-Left on Paradise Rd (0.5 mi)
-Right on Pebble Rd (1.75 mi)
-Right on Giles St (0.75 mi)
-Right on Shelbourne Ave 0.75 mi
-Right on Placid St (0.75 mi)
-Left on Pebble Rd (1.5 mi)
-Left on Paradise Rd (0.5 mi)
-Right on Wigwam (0.1 mi)
-For the 4 mile option, turn around at the first water station. All distances are approximate and all the turns and major intersections on the course will be marked.
You are more than welcome (even encouraged) to shorten or lengthen the course to your needs. Water will be available at approximately mile 2, 3.25, 4.5 and at the start/finish line. Please be familiar with the route by Saturday. See you there!
