For players rated 3.0 and above. If you are a beginner, there are some other groups best suited for learning the game and some great programs at some of the tennis facilities. Darling Tennis Center has a 30 for 30 program where you can attend as many classes in a month for $30.00.

We like to play doubles. We will pair off and switch throughout the evening. Please bring your racket and tennis balls if available.

Lone Mountain Regional Park is located on the NW valley located just off of the 215 & Lone Mountain. Plenty of parking and several nice courts.

Please RSVP if planning to attend. If you cannot attend, please change your status to 'Not Going' before 4 PM. Two no shows and you will be removed from the group.

3.0 to 4.5 doubles group - Summerlin Mesa (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

This friendly welcoming drop-in tennis group has played each Tuesday and Thursday morning for several years. Elaine and Tom are the (non-Meetup) organizers. Minimum skill level is 3.0 and maximum is 4.5 (sorry, no beginners). Most players are not Meetup members.

Activity is rotating doubles, changing partners every 2 or 4 games, depending upon total number of players. Also depending on mix of players, one court might be singles play or practice.

At 8 AM, there should be enough players for doubles but you can arrive as late as about 9 AM and still join in.

The group usually has both courts but only one is reserved for the group.

Summerlin South's Mesa Park courts are on the western edge of the valley with easy access from the 215 Beltway at Sunset, Russell or Tropicana. Mesa Park Drive location is one mile northwest of Russell Road and Hualapai Way.
