This group is about connecting with other young peeps (maybe 25-40yr but inclusive) who are looking to go on last minute fly-fishing trips! We can plan trips about 1-8 weeks out. We would grab coffee in SF or the Bay Area before hand just to meet up and see if we would all enjoy spending a few days together, then plan the trip!

This is the first Last-Minute-Fly-Fishing-Trips meetup! Come meet in SF for coffee. The goal is to plan a last minute October or November fly-fishing trip and hopefully this can be the beginnings of a new ongoing friend group.

A little bit about me: I'm a 28M and Bay Area native. I go on frequent (last min) fly fishing trips. Sometimes the weather is good, the bite is on, and I've got a free weekend!

Looking for: beginner to pro level fly-fishers. You own (or have access to) your own gear, and have caught some fish before! You are give or take between 25-40yrs old. (all genders welcome!)

Possible locations include:

Stanislaus River (trout) day trip or 1 night

McCloud River (trout) 2 night trip minimum.

Upper Sacramento River (trout) 2 night trip minimum.

Yosemite (trout) 1 night trip minimum.

Trinity River (steelhead) 2 night trip minimum.
